"For the Love of YOU" - Circle of Compassion

The Festive Season is one of the most joyous times of the year and we honor that this may not be the Truth for everyone.

It is important to have Compassionate support during this time therefore this space has been created with the intention of holding your hand, allowing yourself the space to feel the pain, loss and grief of any kind. You dont have to do this alone.

In 3 hours you will be guided through a journey that will entail;

• Kinhin - Soto Zen walking meditation in nature.
• Guided Meditation - Five Basic Needs of the Heart: For Emotional Trauma and Self Soothing
• Sound Healing Journey for the Heart
• Writing a Letter to Self to help work through the Emotions
• Storytelling and Sharing in a Supportive & Compassionate Circle
• * Bring and Share Potluck afterward :-)

Things to bring

• Yoga Mat (and/or Cushion) Whatever makes you comfortable
• Water Bottle and/or Tea/Coffee Flask
• Journal or Notebook + Pen
• *Optional ( Anything light and edible for the potluck after)
