Have you been tuned?

"If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration"- Nikola Tesla

Tuning Fork Therapy is a wonderful and effective method of applying sound to the body, including acu-points, trigger and reflex points, bone, muscle and tendons to help tonify Qi or disperse Qi to help relieve pain and attune the body on a cellular level.

In the 1960’s, British Osteopath Sir Peter Guy Manners developed the“tuning fork therapy”.

Sir Peter started a research in a relatively new area " the therapeutic application of the sounds".

From the 1960s, Manners was exclusively focused on the use of audible voiced frequencies in several treatments.

The point of Manners was that the

“soundtherapy” stimulated the capacity of the human body to heal itself;

The ailments Sir Peter Manners had been studied and treated

are:

  • Chronic inflammation, Bone calcification, Arthritis,

  • Pains, Anti-Aging treatments,

  • Several types of internal infections of the blood.

Sound Effect on Bones and Joints

Bones have more nerves than any other system other than the nervous system. They are composed of Crystalline "Living Tissue". So when I apply the tuning fork, it generates electricity through the sound which then causes the joints to respond to the vibration and therefore start to reduce pain.

Benefits of Tuning Forks:

  • Tunes natural cycles of the body

  • Unites passages, aids digestion

  • Natural anti-flammatory

  • Increases bone density and promotes healing of strained muscle, tendon and ligaments

  • Nervous system balanced

  • Great for sound sleep

Tuning Forks therapy facilitates:

  • Balance and homeostasis in the body

  • Opens energetic pathways, alleviating stasis and relieving pain

  • Relaxes muscle tension

  • Keeps stress and anxiety balance

One of the many definitions of the word "Garden" is co-operation and harmony. The way we as a collective have been living, we have/are destroying the garden. We are a part of the garden and if it undergoes destruction then so will we.

When we stress the environment, we become stressed.

What we need to do now is: "Go back to the Garden, bring back the harmony, bring back the vibration".
