Energy healing is a holistic practice that helps in activating the body’s subtle energy systems to remove blocks. By breaking through these energetic blocks, the body’s inherent ability to heal itself is stimulated.

When we say something has good vibes, it’s really about the person’s vibrating energy. Happy people vibrate on a higher frequency. Even places have vibes. When you enter a room in which a terrible fight has taken place, you can feel the dense energy and may want to leave right away. Beaches have a light vibe due to the salt and moving air. The air at the beach also vibrates at a higher frequency. 3. Anyone can benefit from energy healing You don’t have to be spiritual to benefit from energy healing. It’s recommended to go in with an open mind for maximum benefits and any time is a good time to visit an energy healer. If you are anxious, stressed or physically drained, an energy healing session can help you relax and feel more balanced. Energy healing is always accessible There are many different types of energy healers that you can find almost everywhere. Reiki practitioners can be found all over the world and the best part about Reiki is that it can be given or received even if the practitioner and client are not in the same room. We call this distance healing. Acupuncture practitioners are also very easily available but the client needs to be physically present for the therapy. The modality stimulates the flow of chi (life force energy) to rebalance the body. Even massage is a type of energy healing practice as it releases the tension in muscles and the flow of lymph and allows for deeper relaxation.
5. You are your own Energy Healer! Just like eating and brushing your teeth, energy cleansing is also a daily commitment. You can maintain or shift to good vibes by taking a bath in Epsom or pink Himalayan salts for 20 minutes whenever you feel heavy or stressed.Deep, slow breathing, swim in the Sea, Smudging or burning sage around you also clears your negative aura. High-vibe crystals have their own healing properties and one of the most important, remind yourself to walk, live in gratitude. This feeling alone once you re-experience makes for an internal shift toward the positive.
